Giving just as Much
I love my reasons more than my choices
I know the good in most of your bad
If trees meet by their roots joined underground
We meet by our souls joined as lost and found
Smell the roses with colonial noses
But smell the soul with nostrils flared
The nose of the Maori reared to flare
To sniff the wind whose love has declared
A way forward to the light a way up a way down
In all searching lost is the self already found
When those roots meet underground their leaves kiss too
Still pregnancy a waits in her pearly womb
Birth is still the only passage of eternal life
I love my reasons more than my choices
I know the good in most of your bad
If trees meet by their roots joined underground
We meet by our souls joined like lost and found
Dark is in the light dark is light
Practice what you preach
Preach what you practice
Positions should be taken
In purpose we will awaken
We will awaken to the song of the bird
The song of the end of Maui taken in her obsedian tune
We will be taken by her too and thank her for it
Life is death and death is life in between is all of us
Man avoids life too ashamed to be naked
My God step forward and show us how to take it
Take Life take love take all from beneath and above
Take off take time take stars shining in the sky
Take care to take well by giving just as much.
